​Whether you want to lose weight, improve your health, feed your family or get the maximum benefit from the food you eat, our PCN Dietitians can help you achieve your goal.  Our Registered Dietitians take a whole person approach. We view every persons eating habits as a puzzle. Our approach is scientific-based on an understanding of food science, anatomy and physiology. We use this in combination with your personal experiences, views and goals to create progressive programs that work for you. 

One-on-one Nutrition Counseling Services

We offer several different nutrition counselling programs depending on your health and goals. Appointments include dietary and body analysis, nutrition education, personalized programing, goal setting and progress tracking. Our programs are progressive and allow for lifestyle skills and support to be learnt and integrated as we go.  We often work closely with your physician to ensure metabolic parameters are met and improving.

Although we can't wait to meet and work with you: due to high demand, wait times are lengthy. We encourage most patients to attend a group class first (if topics are relevant) to expedite your one-on-one follow-up.

One-on-one Appointment Booked?

Group Nutrition Counseling

Get the same type of personalized education and counseling sooner by skipping the wait list for a one-on-one appointment. We have found that people immensely benefit from the support and commodore of a group. Once you attend a group nutrition class, you qualify for monthly one-on-one follow-up starting immediately.

Group Classes offered (bi)monthly include:

  • Weight Management (1.5 hr class)

  • Nutrition, Weight Management and Stress (half day, multi-day series program)*

  • An Introduction to Type 2 Diabetes*

  • Cardiac Health: Managing Blood Pressure and Cholesterol*

  • Managing Emotional Eating*

  • Prenatal Nutrition for Healthy Pregnancy Weight Gain
