Obstetric Clinic

About The Obstetric Clinic

The Bonnyville Obstetric (OB) Clinic is a partnership between the Bonnyville Primary Care Network and family physicians at the Bonnyville Medical Clinic. This team consists of several physicians, a registered nurse and medical office assistant.

We offer prenatal care, education, labor and delivery care as well as breastfeeding support to low risk women in the Bonnyville area. Doctors alternate weeks in which they see all the patients for prenatal appointments at the Bonnyville Medical Clinic and deliver all the babies at the Bonnyville Health Centre.

Before Your First Appointment

Please fill out and print this medical history form and bring to your first prenatal appointment. If unable to fill out prior, one will be available at your first appointment.

If you are a transfer in, please fill out this Request for Medical Information form and take to your current OB physician to be completed and sent in before your appointment with the Bonnyville OB clinic.

Important Note

Please make yourself available for additional time around your scheduled appointment, as we can sometimes fall behind schedule. We try to accommodate out patients as much as possible. We strive to stay on time as we value your time as well.
